Our 100% Gluten Free Potato Cakes are made from quality Australian grown potatoes, dipped in our traditional Fish & Chip shop style batter.
For best results cook from frozen.
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. (200 for fan forced).
- Remove Potato Cakes from packaging. Lay Potato Cakes in a single layer on oven tray and place in the oven.
- Cook in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes, turning once, until they are golden and crispy.
Note: Cooking time may vary from oven to oven.
Adjust the cooking time to suit your oven preferences.
Store at or below minus 18 degrees Celsius.
Do not thaw before cooking.
Product must be cooked before consumption
Ingredients: Potato (50.5%) (contains Sodium Metabisulphite), Batter (Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch (1412), Maize Flour, Besan Flour, Potato Starch, Raising Agents (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Vegetable Gum (Xanthan Gum)), Oil Blend (Cottonseed, Rice Bran).
