OUR JOURNEY
With over 40 years of combined experience running fresh fish shops and gluten free fish and chip outlets, we’ve always known what customers love.
In 2001, well before it was mainstream, we started cooking gluten free. People told us we were crazy, but we had a vision; to make fish and chips inclusive without compromising on flavour or quality.
By 2014, we were hand-developing our gluten free batter blend in the back of our shop. We tested, listened, and refined, side by side with our customers. In 2018, we were proudly awarded People’s Choice Fish & Chips in Victoria. A true testament to what dedication (and a little bit of batter) can do.
We now specialise in the manufacturing of frozen gluten free battered and crumbed foods, produced in our 100% gluten free facility.
We’re still driven by the same commitment to quality, freshness, and simplicity.
We set out to bring 'The Real Fish and Chips Experience' to every home—gluten free, golden, and full of flavour. And we did just that!
