Blue Grenadier in Crispy Batter

Our 100% Gluten Free fish is made from light and fluffy New Zealand Blue Grenadier, prepared in our traditional Fish & Chip shop style batter.
For best results cook from frozen.
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius (200 for fan-forced).
- Remove Battered Fish from packaging. Lay Battered Fish on a single layer on oven tray and place in the oven.
- Cook for 25 - 30 minutes, turning once, until they are golden and crispy.
Note: Cooking time may vary from oven to oven.
Adjust the cooking time to suit your oven preferences.
Store at or below minus 18 degrees Celsius.
Do not thaw before cooking.
Product must be cooked before consumption.
Ingredients: NZ Blue Grenadier Fish (71%), Batter (29%) (Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch (1412), Maize Flour, Besan Flour, Potato Starch, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Vegetable Gum (Xanthan Gum)), Oil Blend (Cottonseed, Rice Bran).
