Our 100% Gluten Free Pumpkin Fritters are made from delicious pumpkin pieces prepared in our traditional Fish & Chip shop style batter.
For best results cook from frozen.
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. (200 for fan-forced).
- Remove Battered Pumpkin Fritters from packaging. Place Battered Pumpkin Fritters on oven tray and place in the oven.
- Cook in the oven for 18 - 25 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
Note: cooking time may vary from oven to oven.
Adjust the cooking time to suit your oven preferences.
Store at or below minus 18 degrees Celsius.
Do not thaw before cooking.
Product must be cooked before consumption.
Ingredients: Pumpkin (54%), Batter (46%) (Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch (1412), Maize Flour, Besan Flour, Potato Starch, Raising Agents (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Vegetable Gum (Xanthan Gum)), Oil Blend (Cottonseed, Rice Bran).
May Contain Traces: Sulphites, Crustaceans and Fish.
